- All our products have a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee (from delivery date) in case of manufacturing damage or unintentional damage, and the return request has to be approved by our team before the refund is processed.
- If the customer returns the product without prior approval then we will not be liable to pay any cost of damage or shipping.
- If the customer did not like the product in any matter we will exchange it with different product with same amount or we will refund the money back to you if you have paid via card/upi/net-banking/non-cod etc. If you have use COD (Cash on Delivery) then we will provide discount code of same amount on the future purchase through our website.
- While returning the products to our warehouse you must include a valid original purchase order invoice and number from deulec.in with packaging and products intact (i.e as it was delivered to you).
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund but shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
- Customer has to bare the cost of shipping the products to our warehouse in any case like returns, exchanges, damages etc.
- The returns will only be proceed after the products are received at our warehouse with original packaging and contents as it was delivered. In case, the products returned are not in condition as it was sent then the approval of the return request will be rejected.
- In case of wrong products ordered, the customer will have option to get discount code (No Expiry Date) of order amount or exchange of product with same amount. To process discount code or exchange the customer has to return or deliver the product to our warehouse with all the products and packaging (with above mentioned conditions).
- If we find that our product is intentionally damaged (For example: torn sticker on back, removed marks of sticker, bending of case etc.) we will not provide return or replacement.
- If customer has paid via COD (Cash On Delivery), then Rs. 50 flat fee will be NOT refunded in case of refund.
- * Promotional/Free Products: All promotional or free products are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, Refunds or Warranties.
Process to return the products:
- Contact our support at email@example.com and provide details of the order and reason to return. Once we are satisfied with the given details we will process the return.
- Once you receive confirmation of the return, you can ship the products with above conditions to our warehouse (Address to be mentioned in email). DO NOT ship products without confirmation from our side.
- Share the tracking details of the package to same email that got confirmation of return.
- Once the products are received at our end we will notify you and process the refund or exchange as decided by our team.
- In case you do not receive refund within 20 days contact us again.
